False Rumours
The CTFA is concerned at the promolgation of false rumors which state that products are unsafe or could cause problems for users. These stories are absolutely refuted and media comment quoting such rumors is not acceptable.
The CTFA in New Zealand does not accept any false or misleading statements to be made by our members which would be a breach of our Code of Practice and in breach of New Zealand law.
